In August 2005, March Against Terror International, d.b.a. March Against Terror, USA (MAT-USA) officially incorporated itself as a California non-profit organization. In January 2006, MAT-USA started its Human Trafficking Committee. In June 2006, MAT-USA started its Readiness-Vigilance Committee. In January 2007, the IRS granted MAT-USA its tax-exempt 501(c)(3) status; and MAT-USA started its World Freedom Committee.

March Against Terror, USA is committed to the destruction of global terrorism, the liberation of people living under oppressive rulerships, and the suppression of human exploitation.

MAT-USA's Human Trafficking Committee is promoting the "National Day of Human Trafficking Awareness" and year-round FACE (Fight Against Concealed Enslavement) fundraising/PR program.
